- Color matching results are approximate and for creative reference only.

By using MyKindofColor, you expressly agree not to upload, submit, share, or transmit any content that:
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, X-rated, or contains nudity of any kind
- Is obscene, vulgar, offensive, or morally objectionable
- Depicts violence, gore, self-harm, or abuse of any kind
- Harasses, threatens, or intimidates any individual or group
- Contains hate speech or discriminates based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or disability
- Exploits or endangers minors in any way
- Is illegal under any applicable local, national, or international law
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful code
Zero Tolerance Policy: MyKindofColor has a zero tolerance policy for inappropriate, explicit, or illegal content. Any violation will result in immediate and permanent termination of access to our Service.
4. Intellectual Property
Images you upload remain your property. By uploading, you grant us a limited licence to process your image solely for the purpose of color extraction. We do not store your images after your session ends. Our platform, code, design, and product database are our intellectual property.
5. Affiliate Disclosure
Important: MyKindofColor participates in the Amazon Associates Programme and other affiliate programmes. We earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through our links at no additional cost to you. Product recommendations are based on color matching accuracy, not commission rates. 6. Color Accuracy Disclaimer
Digital colors displayed on your screen may differ from physical products due to screen calibration, material properties, manufacturing variations, and lighting conditions. We recommend reviewing product swatches before purchasing. MyKindofColor is not responsible for any color discrepancies between digital representations and physical products.
7. Third-Party Products
Product information, pricing, and availability are provided by third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon) and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or accuracy of third-party products.
8. Privacy
